Chapters shall hold regular meetings at locations to be determined by the chapter executive committee. In a calendar year, it is proposed that meetings be held approximately every 2 – 3 months, with no less than 4 meetings per calendar year, but preferably 6 meetings per year. Flexibility with dates of meetings is necessary due to the long distances that some members have to travel to attend, because of the expanse in which some chapters cover.
Chapter meetings should emphasise the objects of the ministry listed in the previous section. Chapters are encouraged to organise activities for its members such as Motorcycle Safety Sessions, Chapter Rides, Bike Shows, Campouts and BBQs etc.
Chapters are also encouraged to seek information about secular motorcycle events and provide this information at the chapter meetings.
In order for RRJ chapters to provide for the spiritual needs of the motorcycling community and other activities they are involved in, they must have a STRONG SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION based upon THE WORD OF GOD.
Chapters are urged to disciple new converts and encourage them in spiritual growth through the study of God’s Word and Christian fellowship.
Chapters shall be led by the elected officers, who shall encourage the involvement of each member.
